Customers pay in naira through Paystack. FERIK holds the payment until the service date has passed, and for at least 7 days after it was made, then FERIK staff pay it out into your FERIK Wallet. Commission is taken at payout: see Pricing.

Need a driver, a caterer, a cleaning crew, or an equipment supplier for your own operations? Source other verified vendors through FERIK's own network and pay them through the platform, backed by the same KYC/KYB verification, payment holds until the service date, and dispute process your customers rely on when they book you. You get the same protection as a customer that you provide as a vendor.

If you're a caterer, decorator, photographer, DJ, or planner, get matched into multi-vendor event packages through our Event Management engine, reaching customers planning a wedding, party, or milestone celebration who are booking several vendors at once, not just searching for one.

Rides is not live yet. Drivers and fleets can register their interest through Contact.

Flight booking is not available yet. Fares in the app are test data until a live airline system is connected.
